By injecting the personality of your business into your website design and improving the retail & online experience for your customers, Mark helps clients to deliver clear returns on their marketing investment.
Alongside Marketing Coaching, Mark focuses in on the personal development of clients too. His aim is to help every client to BE their truly authentic self and LIVE their life on purpose, rather than simply just DO stuff because they should. He finds great satisfaction when working with clients who are helping others to lead happier, more fulfilling lives – be they coaches, charities or complementary therapists.

With her roots firmly in Brand Marketing and Research, Heli works with business leaders to support them through transitions by delivering training and coaching for organisational growth, change and leadership development. She also works with product and service development, branding and new business development, focusing on the big picture and enabling business growth through situational analysis, insight generation and action planning. Heli’s greatest value is in bringing all of her skills to every job she does, tuning up and down as required.
Heli comes with a background of 17 years of client and project management roles across industries from telecoms to branding, market research and digital marketing to innovation, and having worked with major brands like Nokia, Microsoft, Orange, O2, Swisscom, Oracle and Nicorette.
Heli’s approachable, no-nonsense & can-do character has much to do with her Finnish origin. She firmly believes that people who are passionate about what they do will always have an edge over those who ‘just work here’. Her clients describe her as intuitive, insightful and forward-moving.
Anna brings 10 years of Marketing and Sales experience from client and agency side. Having worked for Astra Pharmaceuticals, 3M, Wyeth (Anadin) and Tesco, Anna crossed over to lead an agency team creating sales promotion campaigns for consumer clients. As well as being highly creative, Anna’s a qualified Life Coach and she joins us fresh from successfully launching her own venture. Anna brings her own support team of influencers and helpers. Our 3 apprentice coaches are “performing” the following roles:- Creative Director, Office Manager and our boss, the Chief Negotiator!
We’re very lucky to have Julian in the team and he brings his great passion and international market development experience. With over 25 years of professional success, he carved his niche working for Corporates (Bloomberg, Agence France Presse, Reed Elsevier) and then helped to grow start-up companies (SpinVox), operating at executive level in the digital media, mobile, technology and financial sectors.
