Mark Harris
After 20 yrs practising Marketing for companies including ICI, O2 and SpinVox, Mark has learnt a lot about the profitable promotion of products and services.
Mark is coaching people within small and medium-sized businesses and helping them to grow themselves and their business. Supported by insights from his own journey, Mark helps owners, managers and teams in commercial and charitable organisations, to maximise their potential.
Mark’s focus is on attracting, engaging and keeping your customers through cost-effective digital marketing including social media and mobile. By injecting the personality of your business into your website design and improving the retail & online experience for your customers, Mark helps clients to deliver clear returns on their marketing investment.
Alongside Marketing Coaching, Mark focuses in on the personal development of clients too. His aim is to help every client to BE their truly authentic self and LIVE their life on purpose, rather than simply just DO stuff because they should. He finds great satisfaction when working with clients who are helping others to lead happier, more fulfilling lives – be they coaches, charities or complementary therapists.

Vicky White
Vicky has almost 10 years experience in helping SME’s to grow their business through a number of Marketing Channels from Social Media and Blogging to Email Marketing and SEO.
She has broad experience working across a number of industries and sectors including, Financial Services, Intellectual Property, Direct Marketing and eCommerce.
Vicky enjoys playing competitive netball, is a volunteer for Age UK and is currently learning French.
Mark and Vicky were introduced through a mutual connection (another Mark Harris) in THE place for networking – the so glamorous Costa Coffee!
Barry Luff
Barry is an experienced Sales Director having spent many years helping companies to grow their new and existing product sales. Barry provides the right sales solution using a blend of coaching, implementing effective sales processes and directing strategic sales.
He has developed business for new and existing products across a variety of industries including Automotive, Retail and IT Services, VoIP and Internet of Things.
Mark and Barry met through another mutual friend who pays golf with them both. Barry is also an ex-footballer like Mark and they may even have played against each other not so many years ago.
Russell Abbott
Russell has over 25 years experience in marketing communications, predominantly in the consumer and retail sectors.
He started WDPA in the 90s working with consumer clients such as Colgate – Palmolive, Jordan’s cereals and Tesco and built it to a £2m turnover before a successful trade sale in 2005.
Russell now works with a range of clients from large blue chips to SMEs. His passion for the business is as strong as ever and he really enjoys helping smaller companies to develop and grow, bringing insights from his experience of working with some of the largest UK companies.
His skill set covers marketing consultancy, brand development, improving financial rigour including margin and cash flow improvement as well as sales development.
Rachel Griffin
Rachel has diverse experience supporting senior executives, from small family run businesses to global organisations.
Rachel runs the Marketing Boost office and keeps us all organised!
To keep us on our toes, Rachel attends bootcamp fitness classes and a running club.
Rachel and Mark worked together for one of our longest-standing clients. When Rachel left to set-up her own PA business, Mark invited Rachel to join the Marketing Boost team on a part-time basis to help us keep all the balls up in the air.
